Why I Employ a Relationship Coach

by | May 16, 2013 | Uncategorized

I value relationships greatly and believe I deserve fulfillment.  It is a high priority for me to have great personal and professional relationships.  I realize my quality of life is connected to the quality of my relationships.  I don’t want to settle for less or risk preventable failure, and I’m willing to give myself the gift of the support needed to be successful.

I want real results.  I’m serious and intentional about my marriage, my family, my business, and my community.  My coach can move me farther and faster than I can on my own.

I’m willing to learn and take action to get the results I want.  I don’t know everything, and that includes people skills and knowledge about relationships.  I need these to be relationally successful.  My coach will guide me into putting this knowledge into practice.  My coach is valuable when she helps me use what I already know to make effective choices and take the actions necessary to be truly successful.

I’m open to support.  My relationship coach helps me use my relationships to evolve and develop relationship skills critical to my business and personal success.  She guides me through self-discovery, relationship skills, and relationship choices.

I want to be true to myself.  My relationship coach keeps me honest with myself, helps neutralize any tendency I may have to settle for less than I really want, and is good for providing “reality checks” and being a sounding board.

I want to be proactive.  I am taking responsibility for myself and letting my coach help me solve problems while they are small.  I create the relationships I want now and in the future.

I want to realize my vision.  My coach holds my highest vision for me beyond my fears and limitations, and helps me learn from upsets so that I don’t repeat them and I have less and less upsets.

I want to live authentically.  I have enough challenges staying on my path, telling my trut, and making choices that are best for me.  My relationship coach helps me identify and live the life I really want and helps me be my best self.

I want balance in my life.  My life is filled with many opportunities and choices.  I recognize the importance of creating and maintaing balance in all my relationships.

I want new possibilities in my relationship.  I recognize that a healthy relationship is growing and dynamic.  I don’t want to take my relationship for granted.  I am open to new possibilities, and my relationship coach helps me to discover and implement those possibilities.

I highly recommend relationship coaching.  To make an appointment, call David & Cindy Southworth, Relationship and Leadership Coaches with Breakwater Coaching.  863.875.6869 or email us at breakwatercoaching@aol.com
